Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology convergence
- Architect scalable digital ecosystems for 2026 technological landscape
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Secure patents for breakthrough methodologies and novel system architectures
- Present findings to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years R&D experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum or AI systems
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Deep understanding of Moore's Law evolution and computational paradigm shifts
- Experience securing SBIR grants and federal innovation funding
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
