Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech development with 3+ years in futurism or strategic innovation
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI safety, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Proven track record of shipping commercialized future-tech products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies preferred
- Proficiency in technology forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi methods, horizon scanning)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience leading R&D teams with $10M+ innovation budgets
