Qualifications

- 5+ years in emerging tech development with 2+ in quantum/AI
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with blockchain consensus mechanisms and zero-knowledge proofs
- Deep understanding of ISO/IEC 27090 and NIST AI frameworks
- Portfolio of deployed systems handling >10M concurrent operations
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
