Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough innovations)

- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and post-quantum cryptography
- Proficiency in building ethical AI governance frameworks (NIST/IEEE standards)
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
- Demonstrated ability to secure $1M+ in research grants
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies with commercial traction
