Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap through market research and trend analysis
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Develop strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Ensure alignment between technological innovations and business objectives
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and internal tech evangelism
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting preferred
- Exceptional analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience leading high-impact innovation initiatives from concept to market
