Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year technology strategy aligning with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology) and their commercial applications
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-tech innovations into existing platforms
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting 2026's digital ecosystem
- Build and mentor a specialized future-tech incubation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration, or decentralized systems
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
