Responsibilities

- Develop 2026 technology roadmap aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to pilot implementation
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with R&D teams on prototype development
- Represent company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption cycles
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, synthetic biology
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
