Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Experience building technology roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
