Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential for 2026+ markets
- Architect strategic frameworks for integrating breakthrough innovations (quantum, neuromorphic computing, etc.) into enterprise solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Establish innovation KPIs and track technology adoption metrics across global operations
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and technology pioneers
- Develop IP protection strategies for proprietary technological innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology assessment (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of technological convergence patterns and their business implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or futurism (preferred)
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO, CISSP)
