Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with trillion-dollar market potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum/AI research institutions and startups
- Present technology impact assessments to the Board of Directors and investors
- Drive internal culture of exponential thinking through innovation workshops
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment horizons
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining innovations
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech commercialization
- Deep network within Silicon Valley and global research ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption (e.g., MIT Tech Review)
- Experience securing $50M+ in innovation funding or R&D budgets
