Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology foresight initiatives to map innovation paths for 2026 and beyond
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research in emerging tech domains (quantum, bioinformatics, etc.)
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and sustainability goals
- Partner with R&D to evaluate and integrate breakthrough technologies into product pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and track innovation ROI
- Manage external relationships with research institutions and technology pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology assessment and implementation
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or Web3
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning capabilities with data-driven mindset
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE) preferred
