Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Architect innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and commercialization of future solutions
- Champion strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present visionary technology briefings to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track adoption of emerging technologies
- Build and lead a dedicated future technologies incubation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Executive-level experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Boston, Tel Aviv)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
