Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year technology roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and business units
- Identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies (quantum, biotech, AI fusion)
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Translate technical capabilities into market opportunities and revenue models
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging tech assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate AI
- Experience with scenario planning and futures research frameworks
- Strong financial modeling for tech venture evaluation
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
