Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive innovations and their market implications
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI measurement frameworks
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation and experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or Business Administration (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning with 3+ years in emerging technologies or futurism
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, AR/VR ecosystems, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar advanced credential
- Experience developing patent-pending technology roadmaps
- Strong public speaking and executive communication abilities
