Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology adoption roadmap for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI agents, quantum algorithms, neural interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends
- Mentor junior researchers in speculative technology ethics and governance
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Biotechnology (with 5+ years industry experience)
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: generative AI, quantum machine learning, synthetic biology
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with demonstrable 2020-2025 tech predictions
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and securing multi-million dollar budgets
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences (NeurIPS, Nature, etc.)
- Fluency in future technology ethics frameworks (e.g., Asilomar AI Principles)
