Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams developing next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and global quantum consortia
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment in autonomous systems
- Present disruptive technology forecasts to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Mentor innovation fellows in emerging tech commercialization strategies
- Drive sustainable tech initiatives achieving net-positive environmental impact
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Futurism with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural network explainability, and synthetic biology
- Published research in Nature or Science journals on disruptive technologies
- Security clearance (or eligibility) for DoD/NASA collaborative projects
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Experience with ISO 42001 AI governance frameworks and AS9100 aerospace standards
