Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligning with company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Analyze global tech trends (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology) for competitive edge
- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize emerging tech investments with ROI modeling
- Present strategic recommendations to board and executive stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible tech deployment
- Mentor innovation lab teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in tech strategy or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
