Responsibilities
- Research and forecast emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR) with 3-5 year impact potential
- Develop strategic technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead competitive analysis and market positioning for futuristic solutions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation products
- Present technology vision to C-suite and stakeholders
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory developments
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Experience with market research and competitive analysis
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation
