- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5-10 year market impact
- Architect scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment in regulated industries
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for prototype development and pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with exposure to exponential tech trends
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (FDA, FCC, EU AI Act)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
