Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies (2026+ horizon), including AI ethics frameworks and quantum adoption pathways
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and regulatory compliance
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate cutting-edge technology partnerships
- Drive innovation workshops to foster cross-disciplinary collaboration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or blockchain technologies
- Proven track record of translating technical concepts into business strategy
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI) highly valued
