Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 2026+ implications
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen innovation adoption
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints
- Advise on regulatory and ethical frameworks for emerging tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-ready products/services
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling skills
- Experience with foresight methodologies and trend analysis
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation
