Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead client innovation workshops to identify 2026-relevant market opportunities
- Manage R&D partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
- Track emerging tech trends through patent analysis and academic research
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling innovations to enterprise markets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with venture capital due diligence and tech commercialization
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE or ACM) preferred
- Published thought leadership in Forbes/MIT Tech Review
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international partnerships
