Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) with commercial viability by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating technological trends with business objectives and market demands
- Champion innovation through prototyping, pilot programs, and vendor partnerships for cutting-edge solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Coordinate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align technology strategy with customer needs
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory developments affecting future innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership within tech-forward industries
- Proven expertise in emerging technology assessment and commercialization frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Deep knowledge of at least three emerging tech domains: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
