Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify breakthrough applications
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into development pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor global tech ecosystems and competitive innovation landscapes
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences and influencing strategy
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic planning (e.g., CFTE)
- Portfolio of published research or thought leadership pieces
