- Translate technical concepts into executive-level strategic recommendations

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or Web3
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough technologies to market
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Experience with federal grant applications for R&D initiatives
