- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-focused solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators to access cutting-edge innovations
- Monitor global tech policies and regulations to ensure compliance and strategic positioning
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and trend analysis techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AI, Web3, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex visions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
