Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026-2030 innovation cycles
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across 5+ industry verticals
- Partner with R&D to prototype quantum-AI hybrid systems and biotech interfaces
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D budget through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and technology architects
- Present at Davos-level forums on sustainable tech transitions
Qualifications
- PhD in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent strategic innovation experience
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years at Fortune 500 level
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI governance
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global partnerships
- Portfolio of implemented technologies impacting 1M+ users
