Responsibilities
- Lead strategic research and development of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR) applicable to 2026 market landscapes
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology roadmaps with business objectives and growth targets
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups, academic research, and industry innovations for strategic partnerships
- Develop comprehensive technology adoption frameworks and implementation timelines
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives and visualizations
- Manage cross-functional R&D initiatives and mentor junior innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven track record of successfully launching products based on emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or advanced robotics

- Strong executive communication abilities with demonstrated success in influencing stakeholders
