Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 2026 technology roadmap with quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized web frameworks
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and sustainable tech innovation
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in immersive environments
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption and ROI in emerging markets
- Mentor technical teams in future-proof methodologies and ethical tech governance
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, neuromorphic systems, or biotech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) with 50+ citations
- Experience securing federal grants for transformative technology projects
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policies and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional strategic communication with ability to influence C-suite and board members
