Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5-10 year market potential
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and market disruption forecasts
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews in emerging tech domains
- Present technology investment recommendations to executive leadership with ROI projections
- Build and manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Establish KPI frameworks for tracking technology adoption and innovation maturity
- Represent company at global tech conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in developing future-focused technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Professional, CFTE) preferred
- Exceptional data modeling skills with experience in predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Strong stakeholder management abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism (articles, whitepapers, patents)
