Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and assess market readiness
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with company vision and industry disruption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory impacts on future technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years relevant experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization or futures research
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum systems, AGI development, climate tech, or neurotech
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
