Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech, nanotech) to develop 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing breakthrough technologies
- Present technology adoption strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Partner with R&D to align commercialization opportunities with market needs
- Monitor global tech policy developments and advise on regulatory compliance
- Drive innovation through hackathons, patent applications, and academic partnerships
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI ethics, or climate tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex system interactions
- Public speaking experience at industry conferences (TED, Web Summit, etc.)
