Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives to identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026+ commercial viability
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating breakthrough innovations into existing product ecosystems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology roadmaps with long-term business objectives
- Author white papers and thought leadership content positioning InnovateNext as an industry pioneer
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate technology adoption
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technology impacts across global markets
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business with 7+ years in strategic planning
- Proven track record in emerging technology assessment and commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, biotech convergence, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in technology or business strategy publications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex technology transitions
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management preferred
