Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with corporate vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and market research to anticipate technological disruptions
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and track adoption metrics
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors
- Build and nurture partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Drive organizational change management initiatives to embed future-ready capabilities
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ in executive leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Engineering/Business required
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy
