Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) and develop strategic adoption frameworks for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive technologies with 5-year implementation roadmaps
- Conduct competitive intelligence and scenario planning to position InnovateFutures as an industry thought leader
- Present technology strategy to investors and board members securing $50M+ annual R&D budgets
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on future-proofing technical infrastructure
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech ecosystems
- Drive innovation sprints focused on solving 2026-specific challenges: climate tech, personalized healthcare, etc.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to $100M+ revenue streams
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in tech strategy
- Certifications in technology forecasting (e.g., Gartner, Forrester) or innovation management
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-suite and investor audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-year technology roadmaps implemented in complex environments
- Fluency in agile methodologies and lean innovation frameworks
