Responsibilities

- Lead innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and future-proof solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research in emerging tech domains
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build relationships with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of anticipating tech trends and implementing future-forward solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts into business value
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies preferred
