- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough innovations in biohybrid computing
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on tech disruption vectors

- Drive ESG compliance in tech development and deployment strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $50M+ market impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Innovation Management
- Published research in Nature/Science on future technology applications
- Experience securing federal grants for next-gen tech initiatives
- Fluency in futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis)
