- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-generation digital solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor a team of technologists and innovators in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching successful digital transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AR/VR, quantum computing, decentralized systems)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
