Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating innovative solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and secure stakeholder buy-in
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and ROI of innovation initiatives
- Foster strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Mentor junior team members in strategic thinking and technology evaluation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching successful technology initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in tech environments
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO, CIO) preferred
