Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop strategic roadmaps for 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-generation solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Build and maintain partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Manage innovation pipeline and prioritize technology investments based on ROI and market potential
- Monitor global tech landscape and identify disruptive threats/opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in AI, blockchain, IoT, or quantum computing
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Certification in innovation management or technology foresight
