Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate disruptive solutions in simulated future environments
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present future technology scenarios to executive stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies or futures research
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or biotechnology convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
