Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year strategic technology roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with exponential potential
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and innovation labs
- Present technology insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, incubation programs, and R&D funding initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Strong financial acumen for technology ROI modeling and budget management
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
