- Partner with product teams to commercialize breakthrough innovations with global scalability
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and cross-disciplinary prototyping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up tech firms
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation management
- Experience managing $10M+ innovation budgets and cross-continental teams
