Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging fields (AI ethics, quantum algorithms, biotech fusion)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation budgets and vendor partnerships for cutting-edge tools
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech deployment and lifecycle management
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Certifications in emerging technologies (AWS/Azure quantum, TensorFlow, etc.)
- Experience managing global tech teams and cross-cultural projects
