- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement pilot programs for breakthrough innovations
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and secure funding approvals
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and monitor technology adoption metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into commercial offerings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Published thought leadership in technology or business journals
