Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate technological possibilities into actionable strategies
- Identify strategic partnerships and investment opportunities in disruptive tech ecosystems
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure the ROI and impact of technology adoption initiatives
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and driving adoption
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Professional) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech strategy implementation
