Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology forecasting and roadmap development for 2026-2030 initiatives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for commercial viability
- Develop cross-functional innovation frameworks integrating R&D, product development, and market expansion
- Present technology impact assessments to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and technology impact modeling
- Strong communication abilities for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
