Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap for emerging fields including quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and competitive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Represent the company at global tech forums and influence industry standards
- Manage innovation portfolio with P&L responsibility for experimental projects
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of technological foresight
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive technologies
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technological ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
