Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic alignment with 2026 market opportunities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps integrating innovation with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future technology concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Collaborate with R&D to translate theoretical innovations into practical applications
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-focused technology strategies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or relevant field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication
- Certification in emerging technologies or strategic planning (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology transformation projects
