- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build partnerships with startups, academic institutions, and industry consortia
- Monitor KPIs for technology ROI and innovation pipeline health
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockcase experience required)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology convergence points (e.g., AI-xR integration)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets and managing P&L for tech initiatives
